Book a doga class

Dog yoga, taught properly. Gentle stretching, breathing and shared calm, taught live by Lauren Pena with Peach as her partner on the mat. Lauren was the Doga instructor at the Arthur the King release event at Westfield Century City, and ran doga as a scheduled class three times a week at Wild Blue Dogs camp in Lake Tahoe.

What a class is

Stretch, breathe, soften, stay

A dog who is allowed to leave is a dog who comes back. That is the entire method.

The practice rests on one rule. The dog can leave at any time, and leaving is never corrected. Nobody lifts, folds or places a dog into a position.

Bring doga to your event

Film and brand events, store openings, dog camps, retreats and studios. Send the date, the city, the space and roughly how many people and dogs, and Lauren will come back to you with how it could run.

Educational and recreational only, not veterinary advice. Check with your veterinarian before starting any physical practice with a senior, pregnant or injured dog.
